GCISD Student Liaison 1pdate
Aubrey Alexander provided an update for GCISD students. Aubrey announced this would be her last
meeting as the GCISD Student Liaison as she is attending college in the fall. The board thanked and
recognized Aubrey for her service.
GCISD Board Liaison
Kathy Spradley provided an update for GCISD. Updates included recent graduation ceremonies,
Colleyville Heritage High School Principal job posting, and GCISD School Board election results.
Cily Council Laison Update
Paul Slechta provided an update for City Council. Updates included Main Street Fest, upcoming boari
and commissions interviews, Meow Wolf Grand Opening, and July 4 Fireworks.
Parks and Recreation Update
Kathy Nelson provided an update on the State Highway 26 Green Ribbon Projel
Chris Smith provided a Parks and Recreation update. Updates included summer camps, summer
swim team, Whoa Zone, Travel Sports World Series, The REC Performance Utilization Analysis,
Father Son Field Day, Paws & Pastries, RISE Summer Bash, Access Life, Litter Ends With Us, Bear
Creek Park, July Parks and Recreation Month and Grapevine Pop N Play,
