1. Public Hearing to obtain input from the public in reference to the Agency's
revised 2020, 2022, and 2023 Annual Plans, Dwelling Lease, Admission and
Continued Occupancy Policy and other policies.

CITIZEN COMMENTS
2. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Board of
Commissioners under Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by
completing a Citizen Appearance Request form with the Executive Director. A
member of the public may address the Board of Commissioners regarding an item
on the agenda either before or during the Board's consideration of the item, upon
being recognized by the Chair of the Board or upon the consent of the Board.
Citizens will have 3 minutes to address the Board of Commissioners. In
accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Board is restricted in
discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments.
3. Presentation by the Risk Management department on the City of Grapevine's
American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) transition plan.

5. Consideration of the minutes from the May 25, 2023 meeting and take any
necessary action.
6. Consideration of Resolution No. 23-03 approving the changes to the Agency's
revised 2020, 2022, and 2023 Annual Plans, Dwelling Lease, Admission and
Continued Occupancy Policy and other policies.

(ADA) transition Man.
Katie Misch presented to the Board of Commissioners the City of Grapevine's ADA (Americans with Disabilities A
Transition Plan. The Board members asked several questions. i
Executive Director Jane Everett updated the residents on the changes to the Admissions and Continued
Occupancy Policy (4COP).the Lease and mddendumm. Elections were postponed hzthe July meeting. Since
Jane's update took awhile and there were many questions, there was only time for one round ofBINGO.
Mary Jane Hammonds won BINGO.

Item #5 Consideration ufthe minutes from the WYav25, 2023 meeting and take any neoeaaa'vaction.
The Board was provided the minutes from the May 25.2O23.meeting for approval.
Commissioner Rhodes -Cantu moved and Commissioner Bratcher seconded to accept the amended May 25.2O23.

The Board was presented with the changes to the Agency's revised 2020, 2022, and 2023 Annual Plans, Dwelling
Lease, Admission and Continued Occupancy Policy and other policies. The Executive Director answered
questions.
Commissioner McHugh moved and Commissioner Rhodes -Cantu seconded to approve Resolution No. 23-03
approving the changes to the Agency's revised 2020, 2022, and 2023 Annual Plans, Dwelling Lease, Admission and
Continued Occupancy Policy and other policies.
