This letter confirms on July 3, 2023 the Historic Preservation staff approved with conditions
#CA23-46 for the property addressed 312 West Wall Street, legally described as Block 14, Lot
14A1A, Starr Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance
91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Construct a new concrete driveway and approach on the east portion of the lot;
2. Install new gutters across the front and the rear of the house; color to be white;
as per the attached drawing and photo with the condition a permit is obtained from the
Building Services Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit ,�s is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
