This letter confirms on July 3, 2023 the Historic Preservation staff approved #CA23-43 for the
property addressed 309 South Main Street, legally described as Block 20, Lot 1, City of
Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine
Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following -
Re -paint the east exterior wall, (rear) of the building with Sherwin Williams colors:
• #SW 2833 "Roycroft Vellum" for the body of the building, and
#SW 6090 "Java" for the doors, window, gutters, top trim and metal fence
around utility area;
as per the attached drawings and color samples.
An approved Certif=RV
Qf Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
