Ms. Batte;
Please find included with this cover letter the "resubmittal" of the application for the
Telecommunication Tower Site Maintenance work located at 1900 Minters Chapel Road.
Clearwire will be replacing the existing and obsolete antenna and converter boxes to a new model type.
There will be no ground work done and no additional equipment shall be added to the previously
permitted site.
Please find included the Copy of your letter dated June 26, 2013, The Site Plan Application, Check in the
amount of $250.00, 3 sets of the Structural Analysis, and 5 sets of the Construction Drawings (24x36).
Please advise as to any additional fee's, and / or documentation you may require at this time to
complete you review.
We greatly appreciate your help with this proposed Clearwire upgrade.

Mr. Triplett -
This is Mark Philipp with Clearwire. We had previously been in contact regarding the building permit for
211 W Texas St (Clearwire ID TX-DAL0225). I understand that permit is still in the review phase,
however I'd like to inquire about another permit--- 1900 Minter Chapel Road. Its being handled by one of
my team member, Mike Sanfratello.
Is it possible for you to give me an update on the status of the permit for the 1900 Minter Chapel Road
site? Specifically, do you have a timetable for when the permit will be issued? Our construction teams
are trying to set schedules, and this site is critical to the network upgrade and retune. We'd like to be able
to move forward with this site before it causes issues that will impact customers and potentially the
broader network.
Please understand that 1900 Minter Chapel is our highest priority site for this market, so my bosses are
giving me a lot of pressure to finish it. Is there anything we can do to expedite this permit?

approved per the attached site plan on October 8, 2013.
Please find enclosed an approved site plan set for your records. An approved set has been
forwarded to the Building Inspection Division.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) year from the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun within
that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit is obtained
and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not authorize any
work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
Any changes to a site plan approved with a conditional use or a special use can only be
approved by city council through the public hearing process.
If you have any questions relative to your building permit, please contact the Plans Examiner, at
