This letter confirms on July 15, 2023 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA23-17(B) for the property addressed 428 East Wall Street, legally described
as Lot 6R, G. E. Hurst Subdivision, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
1. In the side yard of the house, install a four -foot high, wood board -on -board fence
with two, three -foot -wide wood gates; fence to be clear stained to match color of
garage doors;
2. Along the rear property line, install a six-foot tall, wood board -on -board style fence
with one gate; fence to be clear stained to match color of garage doors;
as per the attached plan with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Services
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permits is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
