I have driven by the project site many times over the years and always wondered what would eventually happen in this location, and I am beyond excited to see the proposed plan. Land is getting more and more scarce as time passes and I continue to see an abandon administration building that is taking up space that could/should be used for family housing. I want to continue to see Grapevine be a primary spot for family's to live and grow.
