Add a closet to the Flex Room and remove the dividing wall; 2. In the master bedroom area, switch the location of the walk-in closet with the master bathroom, - as per attached plans with the conditions a building permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permits d is not required.
