Dear Ms. Antilla,
On July 12, 1999, the Building Board of Appeals approved BBA99 -06, for 2848 Dove Pond
Drive. The request was from the Grapevine Code of Ordinances as follows:
Section 7 -127, Front Yard Requirements prohibits fences exceeding three (3) feet high or
50% through vision in the required or established front yard, whichever is greater.
The Board voted to allow a six (6) foot and eight (8) foot tail privacy fence along the side
property lines in the established front yard only, as shown on the plot plan.
A copy of the minutes will be available after they have been approved at the next regular
Building Board of Appeals meeting. If you need a copy for your records, please contact
