Per your request, our office inspected the above referenced single-family
structure on May 24, 2022. The purpose of this inspection was to visually inspect
foundation repairs completed by Structured Foundation. Eight interior piers were
installed and three exterior piers were adjusted,

All work as stated above was performed on this structure and to the best of the
engineer's knowledge; the remedial measures generally conform to the
remediation documents, including approved changes.
