This letter confirms on August 4, 2023 the Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA22-59 (B) for the property addressed 528 South Dooley Street, legally
described as Block 29, Lot 4D, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
1. Relocate the existing home backup 25kw generator from the back of the
property to the north side yard of the house, behind the existing wood privacy
fence;
as per the attached plan and photo with the conditions a permit be obtained from the
Building Services Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit',./ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
