This letter confirms on August 8, 2023 the Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA23-53 for the property addressed 917 East Worth Street, legally described as
Block 4, Lot 4, D. E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
1. Remove the existing fence and replace it with a six foot tall, cedar board on
board fence. mounted on steel posts; steel posts be boxed in with wood; and
fence to be stained medium brown;
as per the attached plan with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Services
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit his / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
