This letter confirms on October 14, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -90 for the property addressed 338 South Main Street, legally
described as Block 2 Lot 6B, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
Remove existing modified bitumen roof down to decking; install 3.3 inch ISO
insulation board; new roof of 60 mil reinforced SWTPO by Carlisle Syntec
Systems in brilliant white color; with dark bronze metal coping at edges,
flashing and parapet walls
as per the samples presented with the condition a permit is required from the
Building Department.
An approved CertificAe of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is 1 / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817 - 410 -3165 for fees and information regarding
permits.
