This letter confirms on August 9, 2023 the Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA23-51 for the property addressed 104 Jenkins Street, legally described as
Block 1, Lot 1 PT lot 1 SO of HWY 114 / HW 12, Starr Addition, City of Grapevine to the
Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of
Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Install a new sign on the front of the building with the new business name:
"Sack's";
as per the attached photo with the conditions letters are to be no taller than 18" high; and
a permit be obtained from the Building Services Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit (IS) is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
