upon the consent of the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board in accordance with the Texas
Open Meetings Act, the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board is restricted in discussing or

The City of Grapevine Parks & Recreation Advisory or met August 17, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at The
Vine Arts & Events Center located at 225 W Worth, Grapevine, Texas with the following members
present, to -wit:

the invocation led by Christian.
