The only thing I will need is a copy of the approved plan sets when you get them that is sized 36"x36". As this was the only review comment not corrected I prepared the plans sent to me which are to large for the scanner we have. (An example is reference on sheet A3.21 to a detail on A4.25 (08) that is not a part of the plan sets.) I have red lined the plans a good bit. The primary concern that I have is for area's that may be intended to be rated but are not at this time, on this set of plans. There are rated chases that do not show fire dampers on the mechanical, the chases have no details, there is not a Through Penetration Protection Design for the area's etc. I have reviewed several plan sets for this location in the past of couple years and no construction has been done until what ever you have accomplished on this permit. I would like to have assurance that any work that needs to done that is not addressed on these plans specifically will be documented on revisions and completed per Building Code, Zoning Ordinances and standard building and engineering practices. Please respond to this request in writing prior to picking up the plans. There will also be a $252.00 fee for the addendum review to be paid prior to picking up of these new plan sets.
