This letter confirms on August 16, 2023 the Historic Preservation staff approved #CA23-57
for the property addressed 301 East Wall Street, legally described as Leonard, Archibald F.
Survey Abstract 946, Tract 42, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
1. Repaint the house in a new paint color scheme as follows: Sherwin Williams'
#SW-7607 "Santorini Blue" for the body of the house; and #SW-7005 "Pure
White" for the door, window trim and corner boards on the house, projecting
soffits and eaves;
as per the attached photo and paint swatches.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / s n required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
