This letter confirms on August 16, 2023 the Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA23-59 for the property addressed 211 East Wall Street, legally described as
Block 1, Lot 1, Green Park Addition, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation
Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the
following:
1. Roof shingles to be installed on the house are Atlas Pinnacle Prestine Asphalt
Shingles, in "Coastal: color;
as per the attached specification photo with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Services Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit i, is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
