Replace the existing fences along the south, north and west property lines as follows: a. Construct a new 8 foot high board -on -board wood fence along the north property line, five feet to the north from its current location; b. Construct a new 6 foot high board -on -board wood fence with wood gate on the south side of the side yard; c. Construct a new 3 '/2 foot high board -on -board wood fence along the west (Ruth Street) side of the rear yard; 2. Repaint the exterior body of the house in a new color using Benjamin Moore "Newburyport Blue" HC-155; as per the attached plans and paint swatch with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Services Department. An approved Cert icate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is is not required.
