In the front yard, relocate the iron fence along the revised property line, on the south side of property; 2. Remove and replace the 6' high wood fence and gate between the house and the revised property line with a new 6' high Cedar board -on -board fence with wood cap; 3. Remove and replace the wood fence along the revised property line, tapering the fence from 6' high at the front corner of the house a distance of sixteen feet to 8' high; remainder of the fence to be at 8' high (see noted plan); 4. Remove and replace the wood fence along the west property line with a new wood fence 8' high; 5. Install new 8' high fence and wood gate between garage and west fence; as per the attached plan, specifications and photo of board -on -board fence with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Services Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is is not required.
