This letter confirms on September 1, 2023 the Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA23-65 for the property addressed 601 South Main Street, legally described as
Block 15, Lot C, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Remove the existing wall sign and replace it with new sign on the north wall of
the tenant space as follows:
Install a new 96" wide by 30" high UV Dibond wall sign, to be mounted above the
window;
as per the attached photo with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building
Services Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permito is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.

Good Morning David, we have worked with Dan Weinberger with his menu's, sign designs and print for many
years. The larger sign on the College street side of the building is in need to be replace. Here's a design we are
considering.
Sign size is 96 x 30 inches, UV printing on Dibond material with a UV laminate, mounting directly to the wall,
as the existing one is. I have attached the layout and how it will look on the building...
