Remove the existing wall sign and replace it with new sign on the north wall of the tenant space as follows: Install a new 96" wide by 30" high UV Dibond wall sign, to be mounted above the window; as per the attached photo with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Services Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permito is not required. The larger sign on the College street side of the building is in need to be replace. Here's a design we are considering. Sign size is 96 x 30 inches, UV printing on Dibond material with a UV laminate, mounting directly to the wall, as the existing one is.
