Council met in regular session with BH Starr presiding with the following alderman present Dye, Saunders, Lucas.
Marshall WL Ratliff resigned in open Council and WM Bennett qualified and was appointed in his place to fill out the unexpired term.
The following bills were presented and ordered paid.
CC Estill Lumber 29.81
WL Ratliff Salary 15.00
G.C. Blevins Work 3.00
W.L. Ratliff ??? 4.75
Marshall ??? that he had collected 23.50 on dog taxes.
Moved and carried that all bills be paid with the Secretary before the regular meetings.
The following ordinance was passed.
There being no further business Council adjourned.
