Council called to order by WR Cook Mayor with the following alderman present, Foust, Dye, Lucas, Yancy,
The following bills allowed

Wall & Barton 11.18
Marshall 15.00
Matter of opening Shady Street was referred to Marshall for settlement. Marshall was instructed to assess property ??? practical in accordance with the County rendition.
Secretary was instructed to write R.R. Co in regard to crossing being in bad shape and also to call attention to weeds on right of way.
There being no further business Council adjourned.
