Council called to order by Mayor with the following Alderman present WR Wall, JT Lucas, Earl Yates.
Motion carried that the Marshall be instructed to open alley at rear of WM Washam residence.
Motion carried that the City subscribe for 6-40 candle power electric lights for the purpose of lighting Main Street for the Depot (provided plant install) @ 75 cents each per month.
Motion carried that a notice be published in the Grapevine Sun notifying tax payers were the Tax Collector will be found.
