Town Council met in Regular Session called to order by Mayor WR Cook with the following alderman present
JT Lucas, AM Dye and Earl Yates.
Motion made and carried granting the Grapevine Ice and Light Co. a Franchise to erect operate and maintain an ice factory and Electric Light Plan in the Town of Grapevine.
Motion carried that the Street and Alley Committee be allowed to use $200.00 out of the City Treasury for the purpose of buying and placing grass on the Streets.
Motion carried that a resolution be passed calling for an election to be called for April 5, 1910 for the purpose of electing a Mayor, Marshall and 5 Alderman.
There being no further business Council adjourned.
