Council called to order by Mayor WR Cook in regular session with the following alderman present HR Wall, JT Lucas and Earl Yates.
A resolution passed granting the Grapevine Telephone Co a permit to use dynamite in digging holes not to use more than 1/2 of a stick to the shot not closer than 30 feet to a building.
Motion carried that an ordinance be passed regulating the speed of automobiles in the City limits to 10 miles an hour.
Motion carried that an ordinance be passed prohibiting establishing a ______a ground in the corporate limits of the Town of Grapevine.
Motion carried that the "Vital Statistics Ordinance be repealed.
