Motion and second that these bills be paid.
Order by Mayor and Board of Equalization comprised of the Alderman. That the taxes on ______ Cotton Oil Co, Gin and ____ be raised from $3000 to $4000 to make it equal with other gins.
Also that the Farmers and Merchants ____ taxes be placed at $2000 and all back taxes by reordered accordinagly.
