Council called to order by Mayor CE Walker with the following Alderman present GE McCombs, LH Cook, EJ Brown, JH Withrow and DD Wall
The following bills were allowed
363 Grapevine Ice and Light Co for Dec and Jan street lights 12.00
364 Grapevine Water Works for Dec and Jan water 5.00
365 MT Chambers, salary and work 25.00
366 JH Parker two days street cleaning 3.00
367 Simon Teague 1/2 day work .75
368 Geo Barager, one and one half day cleaning st. 2.25
369 Bob Higgman one day street cleaning 1.50
370 GW Thomas one half day with team 1.50
371 RA Patton two days work on roads 3.00
372 Lee Petty one day with team on streets 3.00
373 Bennett Printing Co for ____ birth and date record 8.50
Moved and second that Brown and McCombs be retained on road committee till work on Church Street is finished.
Moved and seconded that book for permanent health records value $8.50 be ordered at once and turned over to City Health Officer.
Moved and Seconded that Mayor and Secretary pay all bills for graveling Church Street on Sundays.
Moved and second that City will pay one third expense for graveling Smith Street from Coppell Road to Worth Street. Estimate based on red gravel.
Moved and seconded that City put Chambers plow in good condition after plowing in ___
Moved and Seconded that we have a call meeting of City Council next Friday night February 23, 1916.
There being no further business court adjourned to special session next Friday night, February 23, 1916
