Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the City Council of Grapevine April 6, 1922.
The Council was called to order by Mayor MA Buchanan, and the following Alderman were present: WR Buckner, B Starr, AW Wilhoite, DD Wall and DE Box.
The following bills were allowed

The returns of the City Election held on Tuesday April 4, 1922 were canvassed, the results declared as follows:
DD Wall, Mayor
WR Buckner, Alderman
BH Starr Alderman
CM Millican, Alderman
AW Wilhoite, Alderman
DE Box, Alderman
WM Burnett, Marshall
Mayor Buchanan then administrated the Oath of Office to DD Wall as Mayor and CM Millican as Alderman.
Motion was made and carried that WR Buckner as serve as Mayor Pro Tem and DE Box City Secretary, without compensation. Dr. JG ____ was elected as City Health Officer.
Mayor Wall made the following appointments Sanitation Committee, CM Millican Street Committee, WR Buckner, Light Committee, BH Starr, Ordinance Committee, DE Box Fire Committee

Motion was made an unanimously carried that retiring Mayor Buchanan _______________
The following ordinance passed first reading.
"Be it execuated by the CIty Council of Grapevine Texs, taht all railroads, motor car, rail lines, _____ running through or interesting any portion of the City be required to install and maintain lights at each street intersections. Second rail lines are hereby required to install lights to conform to the system now maintained by the City at street crossings and said lights to be maintained by said rail lines. Rail Roads ______ lines shall be of 100 watt ____ where only one ____ is lighted and 200 watt where three trays are lighted of ______ of two or more trucks are of a great _____ 100 foot in center of street, separately, must be maintained to comply with this ordinance.
The City Secretary was authorized and instructed to solicit bids from the three banks of Grapevine for the depository of the City funds for a period of one year. Bids to ________ daily deposit when in excess of $100.00 and majority of of notes not t be ______.
