Minutes of meeting of City Council February 6, 1923
The following members were in attandenace at the regular meeting of the City Council. BH Starr, CM Mullican, AW Willhoite, WR Buckner, and DE Box.
The meeting was presided over by Mayor DD Wall.
The minutes of the January 4, 1923 meeting were read and approved.
The following bills were allowed
