Called meeting of Town Council held June 19, 1923
Council called to order by Mayor DD Wall.
Present YE MCombs, CM Mullican, FP Wiegers, EE Lowe and HC Yancey.
Mayor Wall stated that the meeting had been called for the purpose of discussing a waterworks with the engineering firm of Baker, Von Zuben of Fort worth.
The fir of Baker Von Zuben was represented at the meeting by FJ Von Zuben, John Danes and PT Lipscomb.
After considerable discussion by both council and Messers Von Zuben, Danes, and Lipscomb and on motion made by Mr. Lowe and seconded by Mr. Yancey that the proposal of Baker Von Zuben Engineers be accepted and the Mayor and City Secretary being instructed to sign the contract which motion was carried unanimously. The original contract attached hereto.
No further business appearing motion carried to adjoured.
