Regular meeting of the City Council held September 19, 1924
Present EE Lowe Mayor presiding will all Alderman present as follows: Earl Yates, JM Harrison, LD Kirkpatrick, JA Spinks and HC Yancey.
The following bill was read allowed and ordered paid

3 nights Night watch Holland Show at 1.50 per night 4.50
Mr. YL Bushon met with the Council and asked that his acreage property be exempt from City taxes. After some discussion, motion by Early Yates, seconded J W Harrison said request was granted and the Mayor was authorized to have an ordinance drawn exempting all acreage property within the City limits from City taxes.
No further business. Motion carried to adjourn.
