Minutes of previous meetings read and approved.
The following bills were read allowed and ordered paid.

Motion duly seconded that the Mayor be authorized by the
City Council to Offer G.E. Hurst $100.00 for one half of the
street to be -opened between the Coppell Road and Worth Street, said street being a continuation of Dooley Street.
Motion duly seconded accepting the bid of the Grapevine Sheet Metal and Plumbing works on tapping mains, setting meters and running service connections from water main to curb line of property owners. Said bid being $550.00 for 100 connections, which also includes the setting of meters.
The mayor was authorized to enter into contract with said bidders.
Motion duly seconded unanimously carried setting charge for all service connections to consumers at $12.50 per connection provided the connection is made when the water works system is being installed. A charge of $20.00 per connection will be made after the waterworks is installed and in operation.
