Minutes of previous meetings read and approved.
The following bills were read allowed and ordered paid.

BB Tidmore was appointed Water Superintendent of the Grapevine Water Works plant at a salary of $75.00 per month by Mayor EE Lowe. The appointment was confirmed by a majority vote of the City Council.
