presiding and vrith J. W. Harrison, J . A'. Spinks•, 'L. D: Kirkpatrick;.',
and H. C. •Yancey; aldermen.' ;
The meeting was called for,the purpose of purchasing a- site'
E. of the Grapevine Sewer Disposal plant.'
The proposition'of the Farmers National'Bank; Grapevine,
through John S. Estill, Cashier, acting, for.' A.- E. Hudgins';. was,
that he vuu13 sell- the City, of -Grapevine, one acre of ground-
on,.,the Hudgins, farm for "450':0.0- an3 would include with this
the ' right :_of way priviledges _-to and from said ,disposal plant
any Tray' the' oity should desire to .go over the place and also
•to.give the•city a priviledge of laying -three pipe lines accross '
said, place; as - it' shoud see fit ' to• lay same
