AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the property owner of the 16.619 acre tract, proposed Lot 1, Block 1,
121 Commerce Center Addition located at 2050 State Highway 121, City of Grapevine,
Tarrant County, Texas, the property containing an access easement, more specifically
,iescribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, has
requested the access easement, as herein after described be abandoned and vacated-,

WHEREAS, abandoning and vacating the said easement will relieve the City of
Grapevine, Texas from the cost and expense of maintaining said property; and

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED
GRAPEVINE, iTEXAS:
Section 2. That the access easement located within the property described in
Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, is hereby abandoned
and vacated for public use and the same is hereby abandoned and vacated insofar as all
public right, title, interest in and to said right of way is concerned.

TEMPORARY ACCESS EASEMENT ABANDONMENT
All that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land, situated in a portion of the James
Gibson Survey, Abstract No. 586, City of Grapevine, Tarrant County, Texas, being
part of that certain called 5.95 acre tract described in a deed to Grapevine
levelopment, LLC recorded in Instrument No. D213326367 of the Deed Recordq�
*f Tarrant County, Texas (DRTCT), being part of a Temporary Access Easement
recorded in Volume 12922, Page 192 (DRTCT), and being more completely
4escribed as follows, to -wit:
COMMENCING at a "X" cut found for the Southeast corner of Lot 7R, Block I of
Rethel Center recorded in Cabinet A, Clide 5385 of the Plat Records of Tarrant
County, Texas (PRTCT) and being in the West righf-of-way line of Enchanted (70'
width right-of-way);
THENCE in a northerly direction departing said East lines and West right-of-way
line and continue along said curve to the right, a distance of 80.66 feet to the
East line of said 5.95 acre tract and the West right-of-way line of said Enchanted
Way, from which a "X" cut found for the most easterly Northeast corner of said
5.95 acre tract bears North 00 deg. 35 min. 16 sec. West - 435.65 feet;
THENCE South 00 deg. 35 min. 16 sec. East along said East line and West
right-of-way line, a distance of 72.19 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
containing 768 square feet or 0.0 18 acres of land, more or less.
Bearings are referenced to Texas State Plane Coordinate.

of 1983 as derived from GPS observation. F
