This letter confirms on April 12, 2016 Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA16-35 for the property addressed 234 East Franklin Street, legally
known as Block: 31 Lot: 2C & 3A, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1) Acme "Mingle Ruff' brick with white mortar for the foundation skirt and
fireplace chimney; and
2) Cedar shake shingles stained Natural siding for the second story dormer;
as per the attached photographs with the condition permits are obtained from
the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit (y/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
