Wylie Wilhoite was elected City Secretary. Moved by CE Walker that matter of city deposit be ____ to the next City Council and committee be approved to investigate. Moved that we open bids of bankers and that the best bid be accepted with the understanding that we be allowed an overdraft, ______ endorsement in the sum of two hundred dollars not exceeding the rate of return bid and all referral to be payable monthly _____ all bids rejected.
