This letter confirms on October 6, 2023 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA23-71 for the property addressed 113 East Texas Street, legally described as
(Abstract 422, Tract 49a, 50 and 52), Block 1, Lot 1 A1, First Baptist Church Addition, City of
Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine
Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Remove existing aluminum double doors and replace with a double swinging single
front door to allow for ADA compliance;
as per the attached drawing and specifications with the condition a permit is obtained from
the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is 1' is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
