Pursuant to our discussions regarding pylon signs for our restaurant development project at the northwest
corner of Main Street and State Highway 114 (Payton -Wright Addition, Block 1R, Lots 1114, 2R, 3111, 3112,
and 4, collectively, the "Project") in Grapevine, Texas (the "City"), TradeCor Pebblecreek Lot 5, LLC
("Owner") hereby requests a text amendment to the City's Zoning Ordinance to allow off -premise signs for
the Project along State Highway 114.
As you are aware, the Project has been granted the right to have four (4) single tenant pylon signs along
State Highway 114 for Rock & Brews, Son of a Butcher, Velvet Taco and Firebird's. However, we still have
another pad to plan for that will need pylon signage. As the Project is limited to having four (4) pylon signs,
we respectfully request the right to make the fourth (0) pylon sign granted to Firebird's a multi -tenant
pylon sign.
