Horizontal readings at no more than 6" high were made at 10:00 PM which is more than 1 hour after sunset and 1 hour before sunrise.
Meter employed was a calibrated Extech LT300 Serial # 160327190 with color & cosine correction and an accuracy rating which meets the
requirements of +/- 5

The North property line side adjacent to Starbucks has levels ranging from 0.4 - 1.7 fC. The East Side Which faces Ira Woods Ave (Surface
street 3 lanes each way with a median for a total of 6 lanes) varied from 0.4 - 1.7 fe as well. On the East side which borders Mustang Dr. (2
lanes each way for a total of 4 lanes) has light levels which vary from 0.4 - 2.7 fc, The West side shares a parking lot access road adjacent
to a retail strip had light levels measured to be 0.6
