South Suite 200 Allen, TX 75013 RE: Evaluation for Placement of New Equipment AT&T Site Name: Minters Chapel / N. Airfield LTE 4C upgrade AT&T Site No: DX6168 (10010800) 1900 Minters Chapel Rd. Grapevine, TX 76051 Celeris Project No 16-8491 Nexius: A Review has been performed to determine if the existing structure is adequate to support the proposed load for the above referenced site. The structure reviewed is the existing steel water tower wall. The review was based on information provided to us by Nexius and a site walk performed by The Celeris Group and a site audit performed by MTSI. Final loading is as follows: 1. Twelve (12) Existing antennas to remain. 2. Nine (9) RRU's to remain. 3. Twelve (12) TMA's to remain. 4. Two (2) SSB's to remain. 5. All coax and cabling to remain. 6. Add Three (3) RRUS-32's on existing brackets. Note: The final loading on this upgrade is less than the previous analysis run by The Celeris Group dated 4/7/14 that passed at 94.8%. Based on the information available to us, the existing and proposed load will have minimal impact on the overall structure and have sufficient capacity to support the new loads in addition to all existing and code required loads in accordance with International Building Code (IBC) 2012. If any of the information provided is incorrect or changed, please notify us and we will make correction to our analysis and evaluation. This evaluation assumes the existing structure is in good condition with no allowance for missing, damaged or deteriorating members and proper alignment and plumbness. Based on our visual inspection the tower appears to be in good structural condition with no signs of deterioration.
