Dear Mr. Bass,
A Future With A Past
This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP98 -11, located at 801 Industrial
Boulevard and platted as Lot 1, Block 2, Heritage Business Park was approved June 10, 1998.
Please find enclosed an approved site plan set for your records. I have forwarded two

obtained and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not
authorize any work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
If you have any questions relative to your building permit, please contact Tim Fleming, Plans
Examiner, (817) 410 -3165. If you have any further questions regarding your site plan approval,
please feel free to contact me at (817) 410 -3155.

Steve Nall and I have revised the drawings to address the comments provided to us by "ecd" (see
attached fax memo from Linda Stewart, dated 7/3/00).
We need to act on and be aware of following items:
1. It is important that we send a copy of the memo from "ecd" to the General Contractor and note
that he is responsible for complying with State, local and City of Grapevine accessibility codes in
the construction of the work.
2. The revised drawings must be re- submitted to the TDLR for another accessibility review.
3. TDLR will then send us a notice of a site visit after the construction is completed to ensure that
the project was built in accordance with the applicable accessibility codes.
As I said, the contractor is responsible for compliance with these accessibility requirements even if
every detail has not been covered on the drawings.
