2. Board of Zoning Adjustment to consider the 2024 Board of Zoning Adjustment
Meeting Schedule.
3. Board of Zoning Adjustment to conduct a briefing session to discuss items
scheduled to be heard at the November 6, 2023, public hearing.

6. Any person who is not scheduled on the agenda may address the Board under
Citizen Comments or on any other agenda item by completing a Citizen
Appearance Request form with the staff. A member of the public may address
the Board regarding an item on the agenda either before or during the Board's
consideration of the item, upon being recognized by the Chairman or upon the
consent of the Board. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the
Board is restricted in discussing or taking action during Citizen Comments.

Zoning Adjustment case BZA23-16 submitted by Neal Cooper for property
located at 404 East Texas Street and consideration of the same.

located at 408 East Texas Street and consideration of the same.
11. Board of Zoning Adjustment to consider the minutes of the October 2, 2023
meeting and take any necessary action.
In accordance with the Open Meetings Law, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551,

Adjustment Case BZA23-16 submitted by Neal Cooper for property located at 404
East Texas Street and consideration of same.

Residential District. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow the existing
residential structure to remain as developed with a lot width of 62.50 feet as shown on
the plot plan:
