We are wanting to remove the real estate sign (model coming soon)and replace it with Plantation Home's main ID sign (real estate). 60%of the lots are unsold according to MHI McGuyer's sales associate. I am not sure what you are wanting with the foundation details. We do not lay an actual foundation. We drill a two holes (one for each post) which the sign will sit in. We use all-purpose sand to fill the holes and hole the sign firmly in place. Is this what you are wanting, or do you need something else?
