Good afternoon,
There is one real estate (model coming soon sign) and one development (large sign advertising builders and
community). We are wanting to remove the real estate sign (model coming soon)and replace it with Plantation Home's
main ID sign (real estate). 60%of the lots are unsold according to MHI McGuyer's sales associate. I am not sure what you
are wanting with the foundation details. We do not lay an actual foundation. We drill a two holes (one for each post)
which the sign will sit in. We use all-purpose sand to fill the holes and hole the sign firmly in place. Is this what you are
wanting, or do you need something else?

ordinance section 60 F in residential zone one development and one real estate sign is permitted per subdivision.
Provide information for numbers of real estate and number of development sign existing on this subdivision property.
Provide percentage of lots unsold. Provide foundation detail for the proposed sign.
