Johnson Survey are currently unbuildable. Neither property has frontage on or access to right -of -way and therefore no building permit can be issued for any structure on the subject property. In addition to the access issue, both properties are below the 572 foot flowage easement contour as defined by the Corps of Engineers. Absolutely no construction, i.e., structures, ramps, dams, roads etc. can occur within this flowage easement area without prior approval from the Corps of Engineers. Ron Stombaugh Asst. Dir. He was told this by the Planning board. 1 am protesting the 700% increase in value by the TAD recent apprasial. This will provide written proof at the hearing to be held on 06/01/2016 that the properties should be reevaluated. Also, 1 do not own access to these properties from Meadowbrook Dr. and the person who does has put a fence across the entrance with a lockable gate. Thank you, David Randy sanders Page 1
