Mr. Sanders,
Relative to our phone conversation, the two pieces of property, Tracts 5132A1C, and 5132A10, Abstract 869, B. Johnson
Survey are currently unbuildable. Neither property has frontage on or access to right -of -way and therefore no building
permit can be issued for any structure on the subject property. In addition to the access issue, both properties are
below the 572 foot flowage easement contour as defined by the Corps of Engineers. Absolutely no construction, i.e.,
structures, ramps, dams, roads etc. can occur within this flowage easement area without prior approval from the Corps
of Engineers.

protesting the increase in value of from the Tarrant Appraisal Board.
Your reply will help me prove that the land can not be built on. I will print it out and take it to the hearing on this matter on
06/01/2015.
I am simply trying to show that this is not something I am saying without proof.

Per our conversation on 5/02/2016 1 am sending this to get written documentation
that these two pieces of property cannot be built on because emergency
services like Fire Equipment and Police help cannot get to these properties.
i was told this by a person who wanted to buy these properties one year ago. He
was told this by the Planning board. 1 am protesting the 700% increase in
value by the TAD recent apprasial. This will provide written proof at the hearing
to be held on 06/01/2016 that the properties should be reevaluated.
Also, 1 do not own access to these properties from Meadowbrook Dr. and the person
who does has put a fence across the entrance with a lockable gate.
