BACKGROU....NIDI.- Certificate of Appropriateness application #CA1 6-33 was submitted by the owner/applicant Copperstreet Homes, Neal Cooper on March 23, 2016 for a new 1 -story house. Also submitted was an application for Historic Landmark overlay #HL16-03 for the property that is on the agenda for this meeting. The existing lot 6 was previously owned by Buelah Harston, next door at 626 East Wall Street. The lot contains a non-contributing metal clad storage shed at the rear of the lot tha-'] would be removed. The plans for the new house have been developed following Design Guidelines established for the property. The new house contains 2077 sq. ft. of living area including a Great Room, kitchen, dining area, study, laundry room, three bedrooms, 2 andY2 baths.
