Adjournment IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 6252-171, V.A.T.C.S., AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 227, ACTS OF THE 61st LEGISLATURE, REGULAR SESSION, 1969, THE PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD AGENDA WAS PREPARED AND POSTED Ow THIS THE 12th DAY OF APRIL, 1991 AT 5:00 P.M. 6a oi.,q 5IR CT R OF PARKS AND RECREATION CITY OF GRAPEVINE COUNTY OF TARRANT STATE OF TEXAS The City of Grapevine Parks and Recreation Board met Thursday, April 18, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. at the Grapevine Senior Citizen's Center, 421 North Church Street, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present, to --wit: Absent: Julian Dyke David O'Briant Denise Gasmire Ray Payne Bill Martin Margaret Telford Alex McKee Shane Wilbanks Robert Brunson Jack Webre Jackie Disselkoen The following City Staff were present: Mark Mailes The meeting was called to order by Bill Martin. Ray Payne gave the invocation. Julian Dyke moved that the minutes of the March 21, 1991 meeting be approved. Denise Gasmire seconded the motion. The minutes were approved. Under miscellaneous business and citizen's requests, Mark Mailes noted that TREEfest would be held on Saturday, April 20, 1991 at Heritage Park in Grapevine. It was also requested at this time that the Baseball Association not play games in stormy weather. Under action items, the Baseball Association represented by Philip Donaldson, President, presented its financial report for the 1991 season. The Associated also expressed concern over the need for more facilities with its projected enrollment in the next several years. Several suggestions were made and will be considered. Deanna Murray, Clint Davis, and Eric Jackson who are students of the North Lake College Community Recreation Class were recognized as attending the meeting. Ray Payne moved that the meeting seconded the motion. The meeting W\a DIRECTIOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION CHAIRMAN OF THE PARK BOARD be adjourned. Margaret Telford was adjourned.
