To Whom It May Concern,
This project is raising concerns for us regarding the specific matter of
"Parking space," On multiple occasions throughout the years the city
council of Grapevine has overturned numerous projects due to a lack
of parking spaces downtown Grapevine, particularly around Barton
Street and Church Street. The proposed project, Red Barn, Exhibit
Hall, offices and also beautiful garden will bring additional people and
numerous vehicles to the neighborhood, Many projects that would,
have been beneficial to the economy and community got turned down
by needing significantly less parking space. How will the city address
the concerns and questions regarding the parking space issue of the
;proposed venture without affecting its welcome and positive side?
An open dialogue about parking in Grapevine is key to ensuring our
towns continued success with future business endeavors.
