Dear Commission Members,
Ar 0920Op
Link Entertainment is seeking a special use permit to operate a kiosk with more than 7
amusement games on main street in Grapevine Mills. Our concept, Nickel Mania appeals
to 2-12 year olds and their parents with wholesome, inexpensive family entertainment
and great prizes: We offer games for aslittle as 10 cents per play on G rated redemption
games (Games that award tickets based on the score achieved, such as Skee Ball). At
Grapevine Mills, we will initially offer only redemption games with no current plans to
offer any video games.
As this space is completely within Grapevine Mills, we foresee no impact whatsoever for
surrounding properties or residents. In fact, there may be an increase in time that family
spend together as parents and grandparents discover that they like to plly games as much
as the Kids.
Thank you in adva e for your positive response,
Si r y,
Tod Li

from and after the date of its passage, and it is accordingly so ordained.
